T. Marzetti Company, based in Columbus, Ohio, is introducing its first-ever gluten-free New York Bakery frozen bread. The line features Garlic Gluten-Free Texas Toast and Five Cheese Gluten-Free Texas Toast.

After more than a decade of research, the company developed a patent-pending dough recipe that mimics the texture and flavor of its classic products while being certified gluten-free. The bread is being produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
Per the company’s press release, the new products will be available nationwide this Fall, and sold at major grocery stores, including Publix, Walmart, Kroger, and Albertsons.
