We serve it to our non-celiac family members, and they can’t really tell the difference.

In addition to an easy breakfast, maybe the best thing about Millville Crispy Rice cereal is using it to make homemade treats, like crispy rice squares (aka Rice Krispy Treats). Or you can buy the boxed 8-pack Millville Crispy Rice Treats also sold at ALDI. They’re good in a pinch when you’re looking for a sweet treat and because they come individually wrapped, they make a great school lunch snack. We agree. We have been known to buy maybe a half dozen or so boxes at a time to store in our freezer. This is because it’s an in-and-out item at ALDI. You never know when you’ll find them in stores. And when they are in stock, they sell out FAST.

You had me at gluten-free cheesecake. Need we say more? Our gut reaction is to literally cry every time ALDI brings this delectable product back into stores. And let us tell you, it’s not often enough. This absolutely is one item that we wish they’d carry year-round. At least bring it back more often than once a year, ALDI. It’s really that GOOD!
Despite taking up a lot of freezer space, we always buy several when they are available. At $10.99 for an 8-count box, it gets a bit pricey, but well worth it. This is especially true if you think of it in terms of price per piece. At $1.37 per generous slice of gluten-free cheesecake, it’s a bargain in our book. It’s a treat that can’t be beat. Unfortunately, our waistline doesn’t agree!
